The Foundation was set up in March 2023 by Nana Annobea I, (Mrs. Elizabeth Parry) The Adehyehemea (Royal Queenmother) of the Bretuo Amaniampong Clan of Ahodwo, Pokrom, Asukyerema and Nkrunkrom after helping many charitable foundations in Ghana over the years.
She felt she could do more for the communities she heads as well as other communities within the country after she was crowned the Queenmother. This vision birthed the Annobea Foundation (LBG).
